MIddleton Cricket Club end of season dinner.

With many of our juniors making their senior debut this year, it would be great to see you at the Dinner, with parents.


MIDDLETON CRICKET CLUB End of Season Dinner 2013 Saturday 9th November

On Saturday the 9th November we will be celebrating the 2013 season where both the 1st & 2nd teams established themselves in the 2nd division of the county league. As well as this the newly formed 3rd team finished 2nd and gained promotion at the first attempt.

The event will be held at Middleton Sports Club where we will meet for drinks in the bar at 7.30pm with dinner being served at 8pm.

The meal is a 3 course dinner. Details of the menu choices and how to reserve your place for this must not be missed event are listed below.

After the speeches there will be the presentation of the trophies and the much sought after spoon causing dread amongst the potential winners of this award.


Homemade soup served with a crusty roll

Pate served with lightly toasted bread & salad

Pearls of melon with raspberry coulis


Succulent sausages served on a bed of mash potato with onion gravy & peas

Meat or vegetarian lasagne served with salad & garlic bread

Beef stew & dumplings with a chunk of crusty bread


Chocolate profiteroles with cream

Sherry trifle

Mixed ice cream sundae

The cost of the evening is £25.00 per person

To confirm your place at this event please complete and return the booking form attached to this email or return the form to a member of the cricket club committee.

A £10 deposit per person is to be paid when the booking is made. The choice of menu and the balance of monies due are to be paid by Saturday 2nd November.
